Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VeLux’s transportation, lifestyle concierge and membership services (the “Services”). By requesting a booking, applying to the VeLux Circle, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

VeLux provides chauffeured transportation and related lifestyle services, including:

• VeLux Ride — ground transportation, airport transfers and secure transfer.
• VeLux Cruise — yacht and boat charters.
• VeLux Air — private jet and helicopter charters.
• VeLux Bay — coastal retreat experiences.
• Lifestyle Concierge — reservations, coordination and curated leisure.
• The VeLux Circle — an invitation-only membership programme.

Certain services (including VeLux Cruise and VeLux Air) are fulfilled in coordination with vetted third-party operators; VeLux acts as the coordinating party in these instances.

2. Bookings and confirmation

A booking request does not guarantee availability. Bookings are confirmed once our reservations team contacts you to verify details, vehicle assignment and pricing. We recommend requesting standard services 24–48 hours in advance, and multi-day, secure transfer or fleet management services further ahead.

3. Changes and cancellations

We understand plans change. Please notify our concierge team as early as possible for any amendment or cancellation. Cancellation terms vary by service type and will be confirmed with your booking; late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

4. Client conduct

We ask that clients and their guests treat VeLux chauffeurs, staff and vehicles with respect. VeLux reserves the right to decline or end service where conduct compromises the safety, security or well-being of our chauffeurs, staff, other clients, or the vehicle itself.

5. The VeLux Circle

Membership in the VeLux Circle is by invitation, at VeLux’s sole discretion, and is capped at 150 individuals. Membership benefits, partner arrangements and events are subject to change and to the specific terms provided to members upon acceptance.

6. Liability

VeLux maintains appropriate insurance and safety standards across its fleet and chauffeurs. To the extent permitted by law, VeLux’s liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the value of the relevant booking, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
